The $1,000 Draw is everybody’s favourite social event of the Uni Footy Club calendar. Players, coaches and committee men are currently selling tickets that will put you into the running to win $1,000. Yes, that’s right – not a meat-tray or a signed Q-Factor momento – but $1,000 in cold hard cash. All you have to do is buy yourself a ticket (in fact, why not buy a few?) and you can come along and enjoy all that the day has to offer. On the day we will be having:

• Nearest-to-the-pin golf shots down the AJ hill
• There is talk of live music! (Sorry DJ Stew)
• Other exciting games that we can’t advertise here
• Cash bar with all your favourite drinks still at 1996(ish) prices
• Potentially a bus to somewhere rhyming with Bearmont
• Free parking
